Our story
In 1949, in Benedita, Portugal, Jose Felix da Silva founded "Oficina do Calcado" and together with two of his sons started producing leather sandals. Today, the Coldy team are the inheritors of his commitment to the pursuit of excellence. Coldy founder Lino Silva has been in shoe business for more than 20 years ,dedicating the last 5 identifying and perfecting production processes, technics and managing productions on different types of shoes constructions.
Being our Innovation director have consistently created and managed design and product innovation team, with one goal in mind: to create a product that is unique and innovative, high quality and sustainable.
Coldy is a new concept and brand, but it is also the result of years of expertise and experience where every decision is inspired by our main mission, which is to provide the highest standard of product and benefits to our customers. At our workshop, we have a development team that continuously work on product innovation.
Our shoes are carefully and uniquely assembled by master craftsmen who make every detail count and strive to provide you with a shoe that feels and looks amazing, even in the roughest weather conditions.
